A large-scale commercial rice programme combining mechanised cultivation with a structured out-grower scheme, designed to lift both yield and quality across a wide production base.
DOSARAF manages land preparation, irrigation scheduling and agronomy support across the core estate, while integrating smallholder out-growers into the same input-supply and off-take structure — giving them access to mechanisation and a guaranteed market they could not reach alone.
